I am the former General Counsel of the largest nonprofit charter school network in Arizona. I have experience with a wide range of student issues. I regularly represent K-12, university, and graduate students regarding discipline matters, constitutional issues, Greek life issues, academic program eligibility, contracts, administrative issues, and a variety of other matters.
I became interested in special education matters because I have a brother with Asperger's Syndrome. Growing up, I saw the benefit that dedicated teachers and administrators can have on a student. I have represented parents and students in a variety of special education matters to ensure that they get the services they need to progress through the education system.
I represent high school and university students regarding athletic eligibility, considerations for future professional careers (sponsorship, contracts, and general agent services), and related issues.
